1️⃣ Delivery Zones & Timelines
We currently operate in Kumasi, Sunyani, and nationwide across Ghana through our direct sourcing model. Our delivery time varies based on your location:

🔹 Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day. 🔹 For urgent same-day express delivery, contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.
🚚 Note: Please note that all deliveries are dependent upon confirmation of stock availability by HunnyMummy.
2️⃣ Delivery Fees by Distance (Per Kilometer Rate)
HunnyMummy calculates delivery charges based on the distance from our partner retailers to the customer's delivery location.

🚚 Note:
- Delivery charges are mostly automatically calculated based on your location at checkout.
- Special delivery fees may apply for orders requiring premium or express delivery services.
3️⃣ Free Shipping Thresholds
Enjoy FREE DELIVERY when your order meets the minimum purchase amount, depending on your location:

✅ How to Qualify for Free Delivery:
- Ensure your total order value before delivery charges meets the minimum amount.
- Free delivery applies only within HunnyMummy's operational zones.
- If you're outside our operational zones, standard delivery charges apply.
4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To make shopping easier, HunnyMummy offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below GHS 500 in selected locations: 🔹 Eligible Locations for COD:
- Kumasi (Urban) ✅
- Sunyani (Urban) ✅
- Other Towns and Locations within Ashanti Region and Bono Region ❌ (Prepayment required)
- Other Cities and Urban Areas in Ghana ❌ (Prepayment required)
🚨 Important COD Guidelines:
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment upon delivery.
- Customers must pay the exact cash amount (delivery agents do not carry change).
- Orders above GHS 500 require full prepayment via Mobile Money (MoMo), Bank Transfer, or Card Payment.
- If a COD order is rejected or undelivered due to the customer’s unavailability, HunnyMummy may restrict future COD orders.
5️⃣ How to Track Your Order

6️⃣ Special Delivery Requests

7️⃣ Return & Refund Policy for Deliveries
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, contact our support team.
- If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.
